Meet the Team

Chris is the Owner and President of RockStim Consulting, LLC. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology. Chris started his career at Halliburton Energy Services as a field engineer in production enhancement and coiled tubing operations.  Chris joined Ely and Associates where he became a field consultant in many facets of production enhancement.  Chris transitioned from the field to more of a client relations and management professional where he took on the role of a role managing technical assistance, scheduling, and office engineering projects and design for multiple Oil and Gas producers.

In 2016, Chris branched off and opened the doors to RockStim Consulting, LLC where he applied his experience alongside several talented consultants to provide a close nit partnership with an emphasis on expert analysis with the goal of providing top of the industry engineering and operational supervision to oil and gas completions operations.

John started his career after acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2001. Initially, John had a career in site development design with emphasis on hydraulics and hydrology in open and closed conduit systems. He then switched careers and started as a field engineer with Halliburton Energy Services out of Alice, TX with an emphasis on horizontal well stimulation and equipment implementation. John then joined Ely and Associates as a consultant due to his experience with well stimulation in South Texas.

After several years of field consulting with many publicly traded and small private oil and gas operators John joined RockStim Consulting, LLC in a client management and overlapping field consulting role involving himself in day to day activities with the company.

Dustin Witte

Dustin graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 and began his career at Halliburton Energy Services in Business Development. After learning multiple facets of the company, he moved to the role of field engineer involved in hydraulic fracturing and production enhancement. His career evolved after several years in the field and he found himself working in Houston offices as a customer representative to multiple high profile O & G production clients. His love of the outdoors brought him back to field operations as a stimulation consultant at Ely and Associates where he focused his work with clientele mostly in the Permian basin and in South Texas.

Dustin joined RockStim Consulting, LLC at the formation of the company to lead the way as a field consultant and project management with interaction with new and existing partnerships.
